What brought me here….

As a neonatal nurse over the past 30 years I have worked with 1000s of moms who had a very challenging journey as far as breastfeeding and maintaining their milk supply. As a breastfeeding mom of three amazing kids, I also experienced with my first the heart wrenching stressful challenges of breastfeeding and a fussy colicky baby.
My heartfelt desire is to empower and encourage you in this journey with not only breast or chest feeding but empowering you with the knowledge of caring for your precious newborn. Helping you create a loving bond, and providing you with the peace of mind that you’ve got this, you are Enough, and I am here to support you in this amazing experience of parenting a newborn baby.
I will share with you the Dunstan Language so that you can understand your baby’s cries. I offer you my knowledge and experience as a certified 30 year neonatal nurse. As a certified Neonatal touch and massage certified Nurse, we will Explore Touch and massage techniques to comfort and help your baby thrive.
If there is one thing my experience has taught me over the past 30 years is that successful breastfeeding involves more than just putting baby to ones chest, it is an emotional psychological and even spiritual experience. Every parents journey is unique and needs to be understood, respected and supported. My mission stems from my heartfelt desire to create a loving bond, precious joyful memories and a healthy, happy thriving baby.
